It starts with a Free 30-minute Fit Call where we get a feel for your operation and decide together if a paid Operations Audit is the right next step. The Audit covers recorded interviews with ownership and crew, process mapping, an opportunity matrix, a prioritized roadmap, and ROI math on every recommendation. The timeline is agreed before the Audit starts. From there, we set up TCS for how your crews mark maps and bill, and give you launch support after go-live.

Your go-live timeline is set on the Free 30-minute Fit Call and written into your Order Form. We do not spend months on requirements documents. We build fast, get feedback from your crews in the field, and iterate.

That is the number one concern we hear, and it is why we build differently. Every system is designed for how crews actually work in the field, not how an office thinks they should work. We keep interfaces simple, reduce data entry to the minimum, and handle onboarding directly with your crew leads.

You work directly with the TCS team. Support is included with your subscription, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Drop Production, Map-to-Cash and Map Annotator are month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Full Production Operations, Construction Financial Control and Prime are 12-month terms that renew automatically for 12 months unless you give 60 days' notice before renewal. The plan terms are on our pricing page, and your Order Form sets your final terms.

We build on modern cloud platforms that scale with your business. The specific stack depends on your needs, but everything is web-based and works on a phone in the field.

We use commercially reasonable backup and recovery procedures. You own your data. While your account is active, you can ask for a standard export.

Your data is yours. You get a standard data export after you cancel. Large custom exports are billed separately. No data hostage situations.
